EPIC Dunk AI Tutorial

A short EPIC Dunk AI tutorial covering photo choice, the optional second person, full-body preparation and output settings.

Before you start

You need one clear photo of the main person and, for the duo template, an optional second photo. Use images with one visible person, even lighting and no heavy filters.

You do not need a basketball pose, a court or editing software. The EPIC Dunk AI templates already contain the arena, crowd, basket and fixed camera movement.

Step 1: choose a template

Open the generator and pick Solo Arena Dunk or Duo Arena Finish.

The solo scene takes one person through a complete drive and finish. The duo scene adds a featured defender and always shows an optional second-photo slot.

Step 2: upload the main person

Add the main photo first. The face should be easy to see, and the person should be clearly separated from anyone else in the frame. The main player is always required.

Do not use a photo that belongs to someone who has not agreed to the edit.

Step 3: decide on the second person

If the duo template is selected, upload one photo for the optional second featured participant. If you do not have a second photo, leave the slot empty. The prepared defender stays in the scene and your main photo still becomes the lead player.

Step 4: full-body preparation

The system automatically creates one clean studio portrait per selected person, with the whole body visible on a solid background. This reference helps keep the person consistent through the jump.

This prepared reference is the standard starting point for a basketball dunk AI video.

Step 5: set format and resolution

Keep Auto or 9:16 for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Wider ratios are available, but they reduce the size of the player in a vertical feed.

Choose a resolution:

  • 480P for 50 credits
  • 720P Standard for 100 credits
  • 1080P Pro for 200 credits

The generator shows the total before you submit. Credits are charged when the paid task starts.

Step 6: generate and check

Submit the task and leave the page open while the status panel updates. When the clip is ready, watch it before downloading.

Check that the main person still reads clearly, the body stays coherent through the leap and the finish lands at the rim. If you added a second photo, check that participant as well.

Step 7: download and publish

Download the finished vertical video and add a caption that describes it as an AI-generated basketball edit. Do not present the clip as real game footage.

Common issues

The face is unclear. Use a sharper, more front-facing photo.

The second slot is empty. Leave it empty when one player is enough, or upload the second image.

The wide format feels weak. Return to 9:16 for a vertical highlight.

The body changes during the jump. Try a cleaner source photo for the automatic full-body reference.
