Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of EPIC Dunk AI at epicdunkai.video. The service is operated by EPIC Dunk AI Media. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.

The service

EPIC Dunk AI provides photo-to-video templates for short basketball clips. You upload permitted photos, select a template and generate a video. Features, templates, output options and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Credits and payments

Video generation requires credits. The required credit cost is shown before a task starts. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless a different plan is explicitly offered at checkout.

Credits are not transferable and have no cash value. Technical failures are handled under the Refund Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate, subject to the rights of any person shown in them.

You must have permission to use every photo you upload. Do not upload images of another person without their consent. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.

You grant EPIC Dunk AI permission to process uploaded photos and create the requested video. We do not use uploaded photos to train AI models.

Acceptable use

You may not use EPIC Dunk AI to:

• Harass, threaten, defame or exploit another person
• Create sexual content involving minors
• Impersonate a person in a misleading or harmful way
• Violate privacy, publicity, copyright or trademark rights
• Attack, reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Circumvent payment, credit or security controls

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated output

Videos are synthetic and may contain visual errors. Do not present generated clips as real game footage or as evidence that an event occurred. Review the result before publishing it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and security events may affect generation.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, EPIC Dunk AI Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
