Refund Policy

EPIC Dunk AI is operated by EPIC Dunk AI Media. This policy covers one-time credit purchases at epicdunkai.video.

Our guarantee: if generation fails for technical reasons, your credits are refunded automatically - no need to contact us. Also, quality disputes are reviewed by support. Finally, because every video is generated personally for you, we cannot refund completed videos that meet these standards simply because of personal preference - that is why the preview comes first.

Credit purchases

Credits are delivered immediately after purchase and are used to start video generations. Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where this policy states otherwise.

Technical failures

If a generation fails for a technical reason, unused credits are returned automatically. You do not need to open a support ticket for the automatic refund.

Examples include provider-side generation failures, missing video output and other processing errors that prevent delivery of the purchased task.

Quality review

If a finished result appears to have a material defect, contact support@epicdunkai.video with the account email, task details and a short description. Our team reviews the case and replies.

A completed video that follows the published example and meets the stated output settings is not refundable merely because of personal preference.

Billing errors

For duplicate charges or an incorrect amount, contact support within 7 days with the account email, receipt or transaction ID and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a payment dispute. A chargeback started without contact can suspend access while the payment is investigated.

European consumers

Where consumer law provides a withdrawal right, using credits to start a generation may affect that right because the digital service is delivered immediately. Contact support if you believe a statutory right applies.
