Introduction

EPIC Dunk AI is an AI video generator operated by EPIC Dunk AI Media. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use epicdunkai.video.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the service:

• Account email and optional profile details
• Uploaded photos and generated video records
• Credit and payment transaction records
• Support messages
• Basic device, browser and security logs

How we use information

We use information to:

• Generate and deliver the video you request
• Manage accounts, credits and payments
• Provide support and investigate technical failures
• Protect the service against abuse and fraud
• Maintain security and service reliability

Photo and video retention

Uploaded photos are used only to create your video. They are not sold. They are not used to train AI models. Source photos are automatically deleted within 30 days, and you can request earlier deletion by contacting support.

Generated videos remain in your account history so you can download them again, unless you delete them or ask us to remove your account data.

When a photo is deleted from active storage, backup copies are purged within the same 30-day window.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, payment and processing providers to operate the product. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their role. They are required to protect it and to delete source photos within the same 30-day retention window.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, to prevent fraud, or with your consent.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@epicdunkai.video. You can also delete videos from your generation history.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember preferences and support security. You can manage cookies through your browser.

Children

EPIC Dunk AI is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page.
